The museum platform nrw is a collaborative project of the associated museums of modernism in North Rhine-Westphalia. It wants to establish a museum structure in the www that includes the selection, integration, and presentation of works from the museums. The curatorial concept of the museum platform nrw was developed in close collaboration with the museums and their staff. Besides providing the digital images, the museums contributed extensive descriptions of their works to the virtual museum of modernism. The museums are also in charge of matters of copyright held by the artists (see impressum).
